The Tele-Triage Clinician Pool
A group of hospital clinicians will be available either at the hospital or from home to diagnose the patient and guide them to which treatment they need or if they need to go to the emergency department. This will help reduce the amount of people going into an emergency room and will help them get the right treatment they need.
Decision
The hospital clinician will either then direct you to an urgent care facility, home treatments, or the emergency room based on their diagnosis. This will help patients get faster treatment for their problem and save ED resources.

The hospitals we work with are going to provide the technology and certified clinicians, while we provide the platform, training, support, follow-up, and reporting.
